<image:title>About Rachel Constable - My past</image:title>
<image:caption>I spent over a decade at companies like Google, Facebook/Meta, and Square/Block, working across learning and development, recruiting, and diversity programs. The work was meaningful, the people were exceptional and from the outside, it all looked like success. And in many ways, it was. I was also exhausted. I became pretty good at pushing through long days, a jam-packed calendar, and a never-ending to-do list. I moved fast, delivered results, and stayed just a few steps ahead of burnout by ignoring the quiet (& sometimes loud) signals from my body and mind asking me to slow down. Over time, I noticed something important. The most meaningful moments weren’t tied to performance reviews, launches, or hitting metrics. They were the quieter ones sitting with a leader as they worked through something messy & meaningful, supporting a team navigating change & the tension that comes with it, and being fully present in a conversation. No rushing. No multitasking. Just connection. That’s when I was in flow. This space of both giving and generating energy. I began to follow a thread - coaching, facilitating, holding a container for people to think more clearly, lead more honestly, and define success on their own terms. Then, a voice within got louder: What if you did more of this? What if you built a life around what actually feels meaningful and aligned with who you are? It wasn’t a “safe” and easy next step. It sounded like: Leave the well-paid, secure job. Start your own business. Walk away from the perks and the path you worked so hard to build. Remake your life around something less certain and more true. So I did.</image:caption>

<image:title>About Rachel Constable - My present</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m an Arizona native who moved to the Bay Area for college and then never left. These days, I’d describe myself as a recovering perfectionist, practicing being more present and more intentional about how I show up in the world. Some days I still get pulled back into old patterns. And then I notice, reset, and begin again. That practice shapes how I show up in my work. I believe my clients are not broken - they don’t need fixing. They already hold the answers they’re looking for. My role is to help create the conditions where those answers can surface. I create space to slow down, reflect, and see more clearly. I offer support and accountability as you move toward the person you want to be. In our work together, you can expect to gain clarity, strengthen your self-awareness, and make decisions that feel more aligned with your values and your reality - not just what’s expected of you. When partnering with teams and organizations, we take a similar approach. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we design experiences that meet your team where they are (whether you’re a small startup or a Fortune 500 company) and support where you want to go. As of 2026, I’m in my tenth year of running my own business. I lead workshops and sessions for groups of 10 to 600, and I coach people across tech, academia, and start-ups. I tend to gel with people who are curious, thoughtful, and willing to try something different - even if they’re not totally sure what that looks like yet. I work with all kinds of humans, but there’s a common thread: people who feel disconnected from themselves. Maybe they’ve gotten swept up in work, parenting, relationships, or just the pace of it all. On the outside, things might look “successful,” but on the inside, something feels off. That’s where we begin. We slow things down, get honest about what’s actually going on, and start reconnecting to a deeper sense of clarity, intuition, and wholeness that’s been there all along...just a bit buried.</image:caption>

<image:title>About Rachel Constable - What fills my cup</image:title>
<image:caption>Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing something that brings me back to myself. That looks like starting the day with a cappuccino from my neighborhood coffee shop while walking my maltipoo, getting outside for a hike (ideally near the ocean), or reading in preparation for my monthly book club. I treasure moments like family dinners, thoughtful and lively conversations with dear friends, and coaching my daughter’s volleyball & basketball teams. I’m fascinated by the nervous system and the mind-body connection, so very regularly I’m diving into books and podcasts on the topic.</image:caption>
